When does shipment take place?
All devices are on stock and ready for shipment. As soon as we have received confirmation of payment, we will ship the devices and it will be delivered to you within 1-3 working days. Please note that no packages will be delivered on weekends.

How can I pay my advance invoice?
The invoice will be sent by email. You can pay via e-banking.

Can I also pick up the purchased device?
Currently we do not offer a pick-up point in Germany.

What does the warranty, moreco offers, cover?
The warranty, moreco offers, is valid for 12 months as of the date of purchase. It covers material defects and installation errors. Self-induced Damage is not covered. Damages which occur from dropping the device as well as damage by liquids are also excluded from the warranty. More details you`ll find in our terms and conditions.

What am I supposed to do when a purchased device, shows a defect?
Please contact our customer service as soon as possible, to make use of our warranty. Upon consultation, you can send in the device. We will check it and if the defect is covered by our warranty, we will either repair or replace the device and send it back to you free of charge.

Where do the devices come from, you offer on
Our mother company works together with a big swiss telecommunication partner and buys used devices from them. All devices are thoroughly checked, cleaned and refurbished. All personnel data of the previous owner will be deleted irrevocably with a professional software.
